This is going to be for healthy natural pills/teas/et.c and information about them. I also need information about the best places to get them because I've heard some risks about heavy metal toxicity with some brands but I haven't researched that in-depth yet. I also want to add more related communities and information resources besides subreddits about them like r/nootropics and r/supplements.

So far I plan to make three or so major sections with sub-sections: I plan to structure it something like this:
