It's not really a post here, but sometimes I think about the articles and tiktoks that discuss washing shredded cheese and I get secondhand tism from the exceptionalism.
They should just shred their own cheese if they don't want the starch coating on it. When I get pre shredded I want it because it doesn't fully melt as fast. When I want it to melt fully I just shred my own. Pre shredded just takes longer to melt. Both have their uses.
