Is it legal to try to hack a random web owners phone or is that clearly illegal despite his incompetence

Elaine is actually harmless if you avoid every single person she interacts with. The people she surrounds herself with got themselves swatted or doxed through low effort methods, if you are one of many people she has faildoxed she will doubledown on it instead of admitting she was wrong. Sure, Elaine will tweet about (((me))) on a daily basis because she can't own up to the fact that I'm the one that got away, but she really isn't a threat even if you include the disturbed simps she employs to do her dirty work.
