Why? You can simply pan fry the ground beef, bloat out the oil with paper towel and eat them. That alone will remove much of calories.

that's not what I asked you. The whole point is that bloating the fat with papertowel should remove substantial amount of fat as it is, boiling will also remove the meat flavor.
