Exactly. Even where it is technically legal at 16, it simply shouldn't be. I don't see it as a free pass to bang 16 year olds as some would, I see it as a relic of the past that should be replaced based on modern society's better understanding of human development. I believe in places where it is lower than 18 it should be raised to 18. Since the brain doesn't finish developing decision making and impulse control until your 20s they're more susceptible to begin manipulated and taken advantage of then regret it later. Even physically they are not fully developed either. Legality =/= Morality

If you’re 20 then nothing below 18, no dad is going to be happy to hear their daughter is with a college student before she’s even learned how to drive.
