Modern morality is the way it is now because of abundance in resources, institutions, and low violence environments. When survival pressure drops, societies can afford to prioritize agreeableness and heckin' good boy rule following. That doesn't mean those traits were always what drove human success
Modern morality is a twisted version of judeo-christian morality which are all from ancient civilizations. Hell ancient civilizations that had barely any of our modern luxuries still had morality. At some point being anti-social is actually worse for survival and reproduction.
Yeah Force Doctrine is insanely important for social cohesion and basic societal maintenance. Human beings adhere to moral frameworks on the basis of material incentives (owning things, money, not going to prison, and etcetera) and immaterial incentives (going to heaven or hell).
