I believe he fakes the autism, long-term brain injury and developmental delay but I think his diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder was real. That's why he got supremely butthurt and stop taking his Risperidone when he found out it was prescribed for psychosis and not autistic agitation. The ass wiping/clean my poopy bed obsession is probably woven into his psychosis somehow both psychosexually and in a persecutory delusion way.

In short, this nigga needs to take his meds and any giving into his poop fetish by wiping his bum unnecessarily or cleaning his poopy bed when he can do it himself is no better than telling a schizophrenic that he's correct about the alien takeover. Feeding into a delusion does not help him or anyone facing psychotic delusions.

Kiwi Farms shits on you in the Andy Ditch thread if you say you believe in his schizoaffective diagnosis because you have to agree with their party line that it's purely a sexual fetish and there's absolutely nothing wrong with him. No wonder they never have any exclusive or good info on him. They've really fallen off on covering lolcows.

Unpopular opinion: Andy Ditch IS disabled, he just has schizoaffective disorder not autism. That's the only disorder he was diagnosed with that he didn't covet and they medicated him for it. He of course stopped taking the meds when he found out what they were really for. I really think his entitled-looking behavior about how he's "not getting any help" are persecutory delusions. He doesn't need any diaper care though and if he does have some level of incontinence he's mentally and physically capable of managing the diapering needs or incontinence pads himself. He could live fairly independently in a group home for people with serious mental illness and behavioral issues. Unfortunately, I don't think he's ever been in counseling or on the anti-psychotics he desperately needs long-term.
