It is cheaper to just make food now. But eating it doesn't exactly make people fat because you can still get fat by over eating healthy foods too. If the portions are the issue eat smaller portions. Cut your big Mac in half and eat the other half later or something. Or eat less the next day if you eat a lot the day before.
