Yes, there are videos of puppies being raped and crushed to death and Kiwi Farms keeps an archive. They excuse is that they want to hold the zoosadists accountable and unable to delete evidence of their demented deeds. But it's still beastophile snuff/zoosadist porn or whatever you'd like to call it.
I don't know if they ended up deleting the zoosadist archive in the end or not but there's lots of sources talking about it being there. Unlike them, if I remember correctly we did not directly archive the animal torture porn because of legal and ethical reasons.
