I was going to say a creepy guy with a disproportionate head and facial features with dead eyes and either a bad haircut, bad hairline or bald to cover it up with odd facial hair choices and an either guilty, proud, or soulless expression. Probably a lot going on with his body too, either skinny fat, Holocaust survivor, hairy manlet, or fat potato shape most of the time overall. Sometimes white other times Indian or Muslim and sometimes looking for little boys and little not girls. Or an old ugly lady that looks like Epstein's wife.
 
Reason: She is looking on behalf of a man that matches a combination of the above descriptions.

I did not say he was a drug addict. He had gotten involved with the mob. He was shot and killed while he was out of state in a Super 8 motel in Jacksonville, FL over a cocaine purchase gone bad. This was back in the mid-80s.
