Cutting down on the subforums

I am cutting down on the subforums there are too many of them. I am going to put all the people of interest under Individual People of Interest. I am not deleting anythng. Just reorganizing them. After, it will give me the chance to go through them and start building on them.

This. I'd also add, Political Sperging looks out of place within the Continents area. Seems like it should go with the bottom area.
