Agreed, the energy felt weird from what I've heard from others, plus Froot's clitty leaking precedent likely means that there wont be another dedicated soy forum site under quotecord affiliation. Sucks because I never really liked splinters but the presale schlog was the best of both worlds. It gave us a bit of an ivory tower, sure, but it also gave a voluntary third space for wordcely soypatriots to cultivate their interests. If I owned quotecord, I'd have the boorum AND revive the schlog via the archive just to maintain a voluntary space of group separation, the spammers and shitflingers from the wordswordswords. Or I'd have never gone through with the boorum. Oh well, times change.
