I do love how Kiwi Farms never beats the allegations in being optics cucks. You're either for free speech or you aren't. Anyone that says "I'm for free speech but" should have their opinion discarded in the dumpster because it's clear they don't care about free speech, they only care about their own speech and disregard everything else (see lolcows like Richard Spencer and Nick Fuentes where they only support speech that support their cause but want other forms of speech banned). Before some idiot says "Oh you want to legalize CSAM? Are you a pedophile?" I still think CSAM should still be banned and child predators should be locked behind bars but using low hanging fruit should never be an excuse to push for aggressive censorship (see the UK's Online Safety Act to see what I mean in how the UK is heavily censoring their own Internet for "Public Safety").
Furthermore, should Texas abuse their new anti-AI CSAM law by going after random weebs instead of going after dangerous child predators then it's going to get challenged in the American federal court system because unlike Europe, it's a lot easier to challenge bullshit laws and policies in America (even conservative courts like the 5th Circuit don't always humor the bullshit being pushed by retarded tradcons). This is already settled U.S. legal policy (see Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition which ruled in favor of lolicon content) so should Texas try it, they're most likely going to lose (because even Clarence Thomas who is a conservative justice and currently serving in SCOTUS ruled in favor of lolicon along with several other conservative SCOTUS justices that were appointed by Nixon and Reagan back in 2002).

Iām not defending loli by any means, more so pointing out that this most likely is an extension of Kiwiās strange desire for a government to control their genitals. Thereās a debate to be had about banning pornography, especially ones that uses real actors, but Kiwis arenāt very interested in keeping that debate sane and grounded in reality.
What blows me the most is their idea of āgooningā, that people who watch porn are these insatiable beasts that will snap and rape your child given the chance. Itās like, are they not aware a majority of society watches porn? Not as much nowadays since itās become ācool and right wingā to avoid it but still, a good chunk watches porn. The hilarious part is that you can't really count on the GOP to fully embrace a China-styled surveillance state because individualism and collectivism are like oil and water, no matter how hard you try you will never mix the two together because their properties cause them to reject each other.
The GOP does have its share of radicals that want religion to play a very large role in people's lives but they always fail on the count that not everyone in the GOP is that crazy about turning America into Iran. So long as the GOP still embraces some aspects of individualism (firearm ownership, property rights, the U.S. Constitution, etc) then fringe right-wing groups like the Dissident Right or the Religious Right will never really get their way. Even the 2nd Trump administration has threatened to put more tariffs on both the UK and the EU over their plans to regulate the Internet and Trump administration's own FTC has warned American Big Tech to simply disregard what Europe is trying to do (it's very difficult to do authoritarianism in America when even the GOP can't agree on a universal definition how to be an autocrat in America).
You'd think the GOP would fully embrace shit like the UK's Online Safety Act or the EU's proposed Chat Control policy because these two things would be very powerful tools to police speech on the Internet in America but so far the GOP has rejected what the UK and the EU are doing because Trump opposes to what Europe in general is doing. Shit, even Trump and the GOP have denounced debanking by the credit card companies where you'd think they'd embrace that too because debanking would also be a very powerful tool for an authoritarian government (which proves my point that the GOP will never be truly authoritarian so long as they keep embracing some aspects of individualism).

These are just a few recent examples that show you just how difficult it is to establish collectivist values in America because America since its foundation was founded on staunch individualism. So long as the American Constitution stands as is, the Far-Left will never be able to truly ban guns and the Far-Right will never be able to truly ban porn either.
The point I'm trying to make here is that if the Kiwis really want porn to be banned in America then they have to start openly advocating to abolish the U.S. Constitution, abolish property rights, and have the American government no longer have checks and balances anymore where the American government acts under a fully centralized authority (much like what you see in present day China, Russia, and Iran). You can either have individualism or you can have authoritarianism, you can't have both.
I just wish the Kiwis would stop lying by omission and they should just admit they want a fascist state. They should stop pretending about caring for American values and they should be honest that they want America to be like mid-20th century Germany where they can LARP as a Nazi SS officer.
