You see, there's this game, called Call to Arms Gates of Hell Ostfront. In Gates of Hell, there are little zones you want to capture, right? When you move a little army man into the zone, the flag on the zone starts ticking, like +2 pop weight per tick. So many ticks and you capture the zone. This is what moralfagging is, +2 pop.
Now there's a little officer line of units each nation can get, and they capture points very quickly. They have +10 pop per tick. Normally, a little less than half a squad can accomplish this, or you can just leave the single leader. This +10 pop weight unit, that's being a pedophile.
There is a cap however. And that cumulative cap, is +10, regardless of what units are in the zone. Having a leader AND a rifleman, does not net you +12 pop per tick. You still only get +10 pop per tick. This is what consideration of whether a pedo is a moralfagging is, its weight above cap, it makes no difference.
