Several days ago soyteens have humiliated kiwis by spamming two chain DMs and getting them removed. Naturally, the jannies did nothing about it.

They're more akin to illegal immigrants. Null did not like them when they first started joining the site but they spanked him so hard every time he tried to moderate them that he gave up. I think he's still bitter about it given he's done things like this:

It's exactly that. At one point he had banned the majority of posters in the Sharty thread, but unbanned all of them within an hour of 4chan getting hacked by one soyteen.

I don't think it has anything to do with software updates, it's that whenever he tries tweaking something, he breaks the forum:

That doesn't bode well for him. I remember one time he almost had a breach, but his server getting overloaded and returning a 500 was the only thing that stopped the hackers from exporting the entire database.
He's had breaches, and if a baby turkroach could hack his forum, anyone can.
Reminder he paid that kid off in exchange for learning how he did it.
