It has largely to do with the left-wing dribble that destroyed male-female relationships in the Western world.
Back in the 20th century when 2nd Wave Feminism rose, women were told that they should be given more privileges than they had before and tear down the things that have men enjoy the things about women. This was later cemented by Third-Wave feminism that was prevalent in the 2000's and the 2010's.
Why do men have less interest in getting married? No Fault Divorce have given women a winning lottery ticket where if they divorce their husbands then they get the house and half the money. Why do men in the corporate office seem less interested in office dating? Because many men don't want to get #MeTooed by being falsely accused for rape or any inappropriate physical contact (where a false accusation like this can easily ruin a man's reputation and sadly this has happened before).
In the short term, Feminism gave women the power to screw over men to get a house and money which seemed like a great deal for women. In the long term, Feminism made men avoid women more to avoid getting screwed over and more women find themselves being lonely and depressed because less men are now less interested in them because many men are afraid of being royally fucked.
Want more men to get married and hate women less? A good start would be abolishing No Fault Divorce which takes away a woman's monetary incentive to divorce their husband.
This is not a defense for Nick "Catboy" Fuentes and his gay cum hunting Gropyper army, this not a defense for Andrew Tate, this is not a defense for the incels, and this is not a defense for MGTOW because those groups and people I listed are retarded lolcows but these women-hating lolcows are a symptom and not the cause of the problem.
Want to end the Incel movement? Well get rid of the lefty feminist crap that has given men a reason to become incels in the first place. Yes, he was right to call out that behavior, but he's missing the bigger picture. The issue isn't just BwE or one bad moderator. It's that Discord as a platform has enabled this kind of behavior to thrive. Look at any lolcow thread: the same kinds of toxic, attention starved people show up over and over, and they almost always congregate on Discord.
Rossman's heart might be in the right place, but acting like he's the sole voice of truth while ignoring the wider internet rot and how his own fanbase mirrors it is exactly the kind of blind spot that makes him hard to take seriously.
