I have prepared an armchair diagnosis of wee Crimson Fucker here:
I am genuinely convinced that he is autistic. He fulfills all of the signature traits of being on the spectrum. His inexplicable hyperfixation on gore, his inability to understand humor, his taking of everything overly literally, his doubling on anything (being too intense), and lastly his knack for copying people. He does seem to be a somewhat intelligent person, good for him I guess.

As for my psychoanalysis:
I believe his autistic hyperfixation over gore is not only autistic in nature, but serves as an additional coping mechanism. His brain most likely understands his different from other people, and utilizes gore as being essentially "Secret Knowledge" that his privy to. This is a fairly common characteristic amongst autistic, mentally ill, and delusional people. It's a method for the brain to rationalize and justify it behaviors, actions, and differences.
Tldr: he posts gore to make himself feel quirky and special
