Technically this doesn't really count as revenge porn, this at best counts more as violation of intellectual property since they're distributing paid content.

Revenge porn is defined in most jurisdictions as either private pornographic material that the person does not want to be made public (like say a sex tape that a man made with their wife and they only share it with themselves and they want no one else to see it) or the use of deepfake techniques (such as using AI) to create fake porn of a person in order to damage their reputation or image.

If this vtuber did some IRL nudes for OnlyFans then it's not really revenge porn since they voluntary put their nudes out there for money; what people do with her content is out of her control because it is the Internet.

However, because France is an EU member state then this is still a violation of GDPR since trying to disclose private information of an individual without their consent violates the GDPR (the reason why most doxing sites are based outside of the EU is because if they are operating in the EU then they either get shut down or forced to operate in some other part of the world that have weaker privacy protections).

The only thing Kiwi Farms is doing here is risking Kiwi Farms getting banned in France or possibly banned in the rest of the European Union and it wouldn't be the first time Kiwi Farms would get IP banned within a jurisdiction. I think sometime last year some lolcow from Turkey successfully managed to delist Kiwi Farms off the various search engines so their dox can no longer be searched on search engines (like Google) in Turkey anymore and eventually the Turkish government sent Jersh a letter informing him that his website is banned from Turkey due to violations of their privacy laws (so the only way Turks can access Kiwi Farms now is either through a VPN or the Tor browser). I think Jersh was angry and called the Turkish government a bunch of names when he should know better by now that these days many governments around the world are cracking down on doxing along with a lot of things that are related to cybersecurity violations.

To add context, the streamer Ai Mogami had just "borrowed" 4 million Yen (or around $27,000) from the schizo, then blocked him and ran off with the money. She had apparently done the same grift to other people as well.

She is a scummy grifter and got what she fucking deserved. The only guys who would throw tens of thousands of dollars at once to a random e-thot they only know online are wealthy Arab oil tycoons and obsessive schizo stalkers who will murder you. She fucked around and found that out the hard way.

But of course, the greasy hairy landwhales on BP will side with a scammer who preyed on the mentally ill because "MOIDS BAD!"

This is going to sound controversial but I don't think Kiwi Farms is wrong about them dunking on a voice actor for wanting better pay because much of America's entertainment industry is made up of lefty activists that don't understand economics. Unless they're Mel Blanc, historically voice acting has been seen as a thing being done by D-list tier celebrities that don't understand how economics really works.

The generic troon arguments aside, I don't think Kiwi Farms is wrong on this and they're just arguing about this poorly. So when people think they want to be successful then they think hard work is the key to this when that is not necessarily the case, the real key to success is to do valuable work and take advantage of opportunities. Part of the reason why people point to STEM fields (like in tech) is because that may lead to jobs that are more likely to lead to success so even if you get a low effort entry level job in that you're still likely to be valued. Not only that, you have to be able to capitalize on the skills that you are good at. Even in the arts like the entertainment industry, there are still plenty of great opportunities to be successful. Being a video editor is not a STEM field but if you're a good video editor then that can take you a lot of places but if you give up on an opportunity to be a video editor for someone like The Game Theorists or Markiplier or James Rolf then you're just letting success pass you by.

Don't get me wrong, hard work is needed to be successful and it's something that you should expect to do (you have to put effort in something). But no one is going to pay someone a six figure salary to pour a glass of water because that is something anyone can do and if they don't then they can easily learn. I don't care if someone has been doing something for years if the work in question they're doing isn't valuable. Remember, a pile of gold is going be much more valuable than a pile of worn-out clothes.

I don't think Kiwi Farms is wrong in this regard, they're just arguing about it poorly which can lead to a classic Fallacy Fallacy.
