Probably piss because sharks have don't have kidneys or a urethra and piss through their skin.

It's a firm delicate meat that taste a lot like swordfish.

i had swordfish the other day.. swordfish reminds me of chicken & it's texture but I just like seafood.. red snapper & salmon or good but i didn't know you could get shark to eat

Yeah especially if you're in local seafood or coastal markets though as of lately I rarely ever see a come in on the fresh catch. With the mercury levels in it being kind of high it's usually discouraged for eating.

Not sure if eating shark would be good.. I imagine it being tough & not the best choice of seafood

sword fish is good especially with lemon salt & pepper but i didn't think shark would taste anything like sword fish
