That's kind of what I was thinking. He's got three ongoing lawsuits and going after the vtuber community could be expensive and he could find himself with a tsunami of backlash that he can't just hand wave away.

Peppa has deep pockets and a sizable active fanbase. I don't think that's the person that Josh wants to necessarily get into litigation against. It would be better to draw attention to smaller v-tubers. Remember a lot of his user base have a habit of getting involved in gay ops fed posting and cow tipping. So he could be trying to direct it towards easier targets that are safer.
