Unpasteurised milk is fine, I don't drink much milk, but the health store near me sells it in these big, beautiful bottles, so I pick one up maybe once a month.

I used to live near a farm that did sell unpasteurized milk and they used to make the buyers to sign Agree-to-Not-Sue forms, and told them that the milk was only good for 3 days with refrigeration. A family got sick and sued anyways and lost.
