There were murmurs about this way way back in the Rekieta thread on KF but it was never mentioned what exactly just that Elissa was in some kind of trouble and couldn't expose herself too much which is why she would never contest content strikes.

Edit: wait no now I remember there was a video that Elissa posted that Nick asked her to take down and she did leading people to wonder why she folded so easily. Some people mentioned there might have been some stuff in her past which was stopping her from going full scorched earth on Nick.
