Ghost Footage 2022 - Not Debunked Yet

Scientists are baffled and despite using a multitude of technics to analyze this footage there is no conclusive explanation. There's no evidence of special effects/CGI/etc. It's not a compression artifact nor have frame by frame examinations found anything like a bug or a spec of dust to be the culprit behind this baffling and truly terrifying video captured in August of this year.
