Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin Combs are at the center of a shocking new lawsuit that alleges a violent, orchestrated gang-rape of a young woman in Los Angeles. This horrifying claim could further rock the already embattled music mogul as he faces a wave of sex abuse and trafficking accusations nationwide.

Filed Monday, June 24, in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the lawsuit accuses Justin Combs, 31, of luring a woman, known only as Jane Doe, from Louisiana to California under the false promise of a television career, only for her to be allegedly drugged, held prisoner, and gang-raped by Diddy and two masked men over the course of a weekend in 2017.

Jane Doe says she was just trying to chase her dreams in entertainment when she was allegedly trapped inside a Beverly Hills home known as "The Glass House", supplied with alcohol and drugs, and ultimately sexually assaulted in a brutal, premeditated attack that she says lasted from Saturday night through Sunday afternoon.

According to the filing, Justin Combs first contacted Jane Doe through Snapchat, using his and his father's celebrity connections to offer her a “position with Remote TV” if she flew to Los Angeles. The victim, then living in New Orleans, agreed. She boarded a flight to L.A. on April 14, 2017, where she was picked up in a black SUV and driven to the Beverly Hills location.

At the house, the lawsuit claims, Jane Doe was pressured into drinking and consuming drugs that she suspected were laced. Later, three masked men entered, one of whom she identified as Sean “Diddy” Combs — allegedly recognized through his “stature, mannerisms,” and being referred to as “Pops” by Justin.

The men allegedly took turns raping her while she was incapacitated.

“You better let this happen. Or else,” one of the men reportedly told her, according to the complaint.

The lawsuit details that Jane Doe was brutally assaulted for nearly 24 hours and then dropped off at the airport on Monday, emotionally and physically shattered. She also claims Justin Combs later used her intimate photos and the false promise of a job to keep her silent.

Jane Doe is suing Diddy, Justin Combs, Combs Enterprises, and Bad Boy Entertainment for sexual battery, gender violence, and negligent supervision — accusing them of using their power, wealth, and corporate infrastructure to lure and exploit vulnerable women. She is seeking a jury trial and financial damages for the lasting trauma she says she endured.

This lawsuit adds to Diddy's growing legal troubles. He is already facing a high-profile sex trafficking and racketeering case in New York, with closing arguments set to resume this week.

Diddy’s legal team has categorically denied all claims, issuing a statement Friday:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
