Wow, like... the whole town knows Isaac is a wrong un. Everywhere he goes, all the people know... Isaac was investigated for sexually abusing minors, likes to hang around with "ironic internet nonces". Now he's stuck in a NPC holding pattern of "NO U!" when presented with the (very disturbing) FACT that, although Isaac has the ability to prove his professed innocence... he chooses not to.
That's it in a nut shell. Either Isaac posts proof the CPS believe the report (that he lied about being fake) was false and made in spite, or has to accept that his joshy simpin' self will forever be known as a nonce. DOes his case worker know that he is an open supporter of Jimmy Potter the CASM Collector? What are the chances Isaac isn't even allowed to be online? I mean,for his own mental health he shouldn't, but still.
