Psychology Oriented Britney Spears Blasts Two Exes in Fiery Instagram Rant: “I Loved Their Dogs More Than Them”

Britney Spears just made it crystal clear that some of her past relationships were a total dog show. And not in a good way. On June 11, 2025, the pop star posted a now-deleted Instagram rant where she unleashed some serious heat at two unnamed former lovers. Though she didn’t drop any names, the message was loud and messy:

“I dated two f--king complete a--holes,” she wrote. “I realized I loved their dogs more than them and I think it's because their dogs bowed to me every time I entered the room!!!”

But she didn’t stop there. Britney went on to say these exes were cold and emotionally neglectful:

“Now the guys were of course cruel humans that never even acknowledged me and never held my hand in the car for 6 years!!! I choose animals over people anyday !!!”

The pop icon, 43, also hinted she’s going through a rough time emotionally, calling it “an extremely shady week” and saying she hasn't “been feeling the love.” And in pure Britney fashion, she capped it off with:

“And honestly if I did, I'd graciously send it right back to your a--. F---ing birds!”

Who Was She Talking About?​

While Britney didn’t identify the “two a--holes,” the timing of the post just days after her ex-husband Sam Asghari gave an interview about how their relationship is raising eyebrows. In a chat with Page Six Radio, Asghari admitted that their public relationship helped give him a platform:

“When you're in such a public relationship, that gives you that platform – it sort of gave me that platform for who I am.”
He also noted it forced him to “work harder to prove” himself while pursuing acting.

Britney and Sam met on the set of her 2016 “Slumber Party” music video, married in 2022, and filed for divorce in August 2023. Their split was finalized in May 2024. Of course, Asghari isn’t the only man in Britney’s romantic past. There’s ex-husband Kevin Federline, who shares two sons with her, as well as former flames Justin Timberlake, Jason Trawick, David Lucado, and more recently, Paul Soliz.
