The “star of your god Rephan” refers to astral worship, not the modern Star of David, which only became associated with Judaism in the Middle Ages. It wasn’t a core Jewish symbol in biblical times at all.
Revelation 3:9 is addressing a specific conflict between early Jewish Christians and non-Christian Jews in the first century. The "synagogue of Satan" reference isn’t a condemnation of all Jews, it’s a harsh polemic common in apocalyptic literature, aimed at a group opposing the Christian sect at the time.
