Okay so tl:dr for ADHD spastics real quick: that's going to be a somewhat of a blog thread. Yes another one and coming out under my electric ink dripped feather. Just for sharing thoughts on some stuff I find a need to say about.

Now that that's got out of the way, here's couple of fings I want to say fast and then to think on other stuff I want to share my thoughts on but with deep consideration and thought.

That was a wild January, and I feel like February going to be even "better" for upcoming events.

It was somewhat 7-8 years of me not seeing proper winter in my area. Can't believe we have it now, again. An unexpected surprise, but a welcome one.

Hobby hours have got cut due to inability to find enough of motivation to keep going with the same pace with which I was doing things.
Despite the weather I haven't stopped doing nightwalks after job. It does help to clear the mind, a lot, especially when the temperature is optimal in tems of "cold enough to feel a wee bit of satisfaction from". Obvious it's more of uh... I think mid-spring\late-autumn thing but anyway.
Hate being sick. Spend few weeks out from work because I've got unexpected issues with health matters, got it resolved. For now. No idea for how long though.
I have to sort out my .txt-files full of geographic marks and web-ways to assigned data folders, things got too messed up in terms of order and what contains what. What a time to be alive, right?

So yeah I was planning on talk about something and my pick is the music. So what I have to say?

I LOVE MUSIC. Well no not all of it.
I'd like to talk about Russian music. Yeah I know it's not an interesting topic for, well, anybody really, and I won't say anything new about it, it just sucks. Russian music scene sucks, a big one, AIDS-riddled and rotting away.
There is a lot of well known and niche singers, groups, amsambles etc., and to be honest there happen to be some good songs from time to time, but most of the time it's some terrible slop.
Can it be good? Well yes if the song is alright in terms of lyrics and singer\group that does a cover work are dedicated enough to bring good results. RYPT and AI slop may happen to sound good as well. Sometimes.

Examples? Well, there's the "White Night" by the "Forum" group. A good song but I don't really like the original.
Then there's a cover by Chernikovskaya Khata and the mood, the melody is drastically different, way better than the original.
That's the "Russian music can be good" part. What about the AI-slop and RYPT and mashup department?
Oh hell I have a good one for ya. Maybe.
Take this for example:
That's a fine mashup of two songs, one by Albak 52 (which is utter shit and I stand by this opinion, although the melody seems.... well, decent, maybe?), and other one by Peggy Gou (this one reminds me of 90s vibes and one of Dua Lipa songs that was quite popular in all the fuckin' malls in my city, not saying that Lipa' song was awful but hearing it each time you go somewhere or drive to another location is too much)

AI-slop that is good? Frankly Albak 52 got you covered.
