Ashley this was an issue in his private life that was not relevant to running the forum. A staff on this forum is somewhat akin to a professional workspace and in general there is a wall of separation between your professional life as a company employee and your personal life, though admittedly on this forum people will have different interpretations of how rigid that wall should be.
