My best guess is that Jersh probably doesn't want to end up like Andrew Anglin (the founder and owner of The Daily Stormer).

If you remember the Unite the Right rally, after the infamous incident where a Dodge Charger rammed into a crowed of left-wing protestors; their old hosting service GoDaddy dropped The Daily Stormer over praising violence.

It's pretty stupid for Jersh to glowpost this hard and risk Kiwi Farms getting dropped by a hosting provider, again.

The Unite the Right car driver was a lone individual who was immediately arrested. The Minneapolis ICE shooter (and the other ICE agents involved) is an anonymous government agent with the sort of qualified immunity that would make any cop jealous. He might just need to give a statement to his boss and he gets away with it legally (he might lose his job of course if ICE decides to clean themselves up, but he won't go to be arrested and go to prison like Chauvin), since they could determine it was a case of mistaken identity in the heat of a fight about whether the suspect still was armed or trying to grab his gun. We are not in 2020 where tech companies are banning discussion of things the US President supports like hydroxychloroquine or ending lockdowns or protesting the results of an election.

Although with how things are headed, we likely will be right back there come next year when Democrats win their landslide. Tech company billionaires might decide to make good with them again and get less fines from the EU (many Twitter and Meta fines are because they have too much free speech for the likings of EU bureaucrats) by censoring things Trump supports. And then Kiwi Farms is right fucked again. I could realistically see Josh being arrested in 2029 for fedposting (or if Democrats win Florida's elections in 2026, arrested by Democrat-ran state police even before then, gee, Josh, maybe you should focus on your own state's politics instead of fucking Ohio). Democrats are already out for blood and think Biden should have gone way further. Newsom or especially AOC (who has voiced support for defacto reeducation camps for conservatives) has nothing to lose by giving the Democrat base what they want. Josh is the easiest person to hit with an FBI raid and throw the book at. Democrat activists know Kiwi Farms and would relish his downfall, and the right-wing media would be silent because Josh is so incredibly toxic and if the GOP thinks of him at all, he is a lunatic who hates their boy Vivek and all the other big-name Indians in the GOP. Easy open-shut case, feds close down a "terrorist hate speech site" and put its owner in jail.

I'm surprised he hasn't already gotten in trouble given he's already said things like how if he was given a police badge, he'd kidnap and murder Vivek. Even a large chunk of KF sees him as a pedophile defending Nazi, so I doubt there would be much fuss if he started getting pressure put on him again.

No, the Kiwi Farms post I was speaking of refers to the guy with the gun who was shot a few days ago. He got shot because he got too close to ICE while interfering with them and was getting arrested, ICE saw his gun he was open carrying (but never laid hands on), and the agent who disarmed him failed to properly communicate he was disarmed because a horde of people with whistles were screaming around them, so another ICE agent shot the guy. The only defense for that is that ICE miscommunicated and made a mistake. Kiwi Farms I am sure believes the blatant lies Trump and some ICE officials said, and I am sure Josh does too since Josh wants his userbase to join ICE and deport all the brown people for him since Josh is too lazy to get in shape and do it himself (I mean come on, even a fat fuck like him could train and diet for a few months and meet ICE standards which is what an average person should be able to do).

Point is that RIGHT NOW, Big Tech is not ready to deplatform people for supporting things Trump likes such as random people getting shot at ICE protests. But if something like this happens in 2028/January 2029, like say ICE kills one of the hippie grannies at one of those protests and Josh and his users cheer, then I could definitely see Big Tech deplatforming the site to make nice with an incoming Newsom, AOC, whoever administration.
