I'll give it to them (Sharty) that the culture does have some positive influence, generally its anti-Discord agenda has snapped some people out of cordtroonery and into a better path. A recent example would be Tolyatangerine, used to make R34 and bad things but now uses her talent for better content. However, Frootcord (now Quotecord) tend to ban these "born again" users regardless, which in my opinion is completely retarded because doing so is most likely going to push them to their old habits again.
Some degeneracy is fine, like Shemmy Gemmies for example. However you're mostly right, if they don't pull the plug now the great replacement will.
It's only "anti-Discord" because they're getting rid of the competition. The IRC is practically Discord, minus the extra stuff that Discord offers. Internet Relay Chats are what inspired Discord to be what it is today. The only reason the Soysphere doesn't have an official soycord is because they don't want to be seen as hypocrites to the user base, since they (the user base at the time) knew Discord was what hostile outsiders and insiders used to communicate.
Quote is just some faggot chosen for nepotism, as in, he got his position because he was in Frootcord. Matter of fact, The Soysphere administration is nepotistic, on top of also being, Discord users, pedophiles, degenerates, and any combination of the four, and it all started because of Soot (who himself is a lolicon and a shitty admin).

DOLL then gave the site to Froot (under the alias of Dr. E) because of "mutual trust (code for past connections (possibly mutual connections to Kuz)" . Froot (Marco (E?) Novino), the Brazilian, then ran the site alongside DOLL and Angeleno (Lorenzo?), before slowly taking full control of the site altogether. Froot (DNB/BMT enthusiast, Discord user, and possible pedophile (via associate with Stepan)) gave the site to Root (Frootcord affiliate), before Root himself was succeeded by another Frootcord member by the name of Quote.
It is very barely anti-Discord. If you admit to using Discord on the Sharty, quite literally no one will care, even if you admit to using Nitro. Their IRC is practically Discord without benefits anyway.
Ceasing the use of a social media platform will not fix you.
I am not a fan of people online telling you which direction to take your life personally (Outside of extreme cases).
