No I avoid it when possible. Both have different uses though. Ibuprofen is for inflammation and Tylenol is for non inflammatory pain relief. I tend to avoid both though because I drink. And only take them if I haven't been drinking depending on if it's a fever or inflammation. But drinking mtake me forget about both anyway so I just prefer to do that if possible.
