Man, seeing this reminds me of that thread I made before I got banned about the Community Feature Submissions being filled with reddit-tier news instead of actual lolcow content. Josh's response basically boiled down to ‘I only feature what I personally know about, and mods don’t want to deal with the fallout from featuring certain threads.’ Like, I get it, but it sucks that a lot of solid online drama gets overlooked in favor of mainstream political nonsense and boring e-celeb fluff. Feels like the site's slowly drifting away from what made it unique in the first place.

There is no excuse for Jersh, especially at his age where how he mistreats his body now may negatively affect him later in life. No one stays young forever. Jersh's inactive lifestyle may lead him down a path to high blood pressure, gout, arthritis, heart disease, and potentially diabetes or even Alzheimer's and it's very hard to cope with any of those medical conditions as someone gets older.
