That board exists because there was an organic need to create it. There was enough content being generated to justify a specialized board for it. We do not have that here. It's not a "build it and they will come" scenario. The site needs to develop organically, boards need to be created when they're necessary. This is just going to be another empty board that will make the site look emptier and dissuade people from using it.
The reason I brought it up was because there are language add-ons in MyBB that are free.
But then again maybe it would not work by itself.
