My understanding is the money went to his lawyer and works as a retainer/reserve to cover the fees of any current and future lolsuits. I don't know where Gays got the impression that Josh ever said he was going to sue LFJ or anyone involved in the deplatforming campaign but I suspect a lack of meds is involved.
