Bottlenose dolphins and chimpanzees. The rest of the dolphin species are normal and the rest of the great apes aren't as crazy. There's a documentary on chimp troops that have done things that would be considered war crimes by human standards just because.

Otters are fucking wild too, but they don't have a culture around it: they're just naturally agressive.

River otters are just miniature orcas that can go on land. They hunt in packs and can contend with apex predators in their environment or are the apex predator.

Sea otters are a lot more chill and tend to be solitary or in pairs.
