The loose post format guidelines are
A brief description (1-5 sentences) any applicable links, and archives to the content. Be as thorough as possible with links and archives.
EG:
Andy Warski got into the ring with salt papi and got knocked out in less than 30 seconds

use both https://archive.ph/ and https://ghostarchive.org/
Also, if possible, save a copy of videos and upload the file directly to the site
