The irony here is so rich it should come with a side of insulin. Remember when Josh Moon went full Ministry of Truth on his own website, desperately censoring every mention of the Zoom? This man actually edited out a full hour of footage where the girl admitted it was a joke, then replaced the videos with carefully chosen audio clips like some amateur reporter. All Kiwi Farms lawsuits so far have been from speds like Russ Greer or that one literally insane woman who thinks she is a Jew. Enemies with more resources and a bigger brain like Liz Fong Jones use other methods beside lawsuits (minus Fong's victorious lawsuit against Vincent Zhen) since they want to shut down the site entirely.
Kiwi Farms is also an edge case for free speech. There is a valid argument that almost everything there (beside the revenge porn and zoosadism and copyright violations) is legal, just like there are valid arguments that much of it is not legal. Any lawsuit would be blazing a new path in 1st Amendment jurisprudence, and that does not come cheap.
